Europe leads the move to a low carbon economy - Commission conference

The European Commission and members of the HLG on "Competitiveness, Energy and Environment", invite business leaders from across Europe and the globe to participate in what will be a landmark conference, progressing debate on addressing climate change and the role of business internationally in mobilising change. The conference will consist of a number of keynote speeches and panel discussions including business leaders' politicians and civil society of international standing. The panel discussions will include audience participation and day's event will lead to conclusions which will be fed into international discussions on climate change. Attendance at the conference is by invitation only, however at this stage expressions of interest will be warmly received.
